TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We check every piece before it leaves our office that it is free from workmanship defects and that it is correct in every way. We guarantee all jewellery against defective workmanship for one year from date of purchase. If there are any workmanship defects with your purchase, we will pay for the costs involved to repair or replace the item.
If it ever arises that a piece of jewellery must be repaired under these conditions, please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange for collection and we will assess the damage to decide on whether the item can be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Andrews Jewellers does not guarantee against wear and tear or misuse or damage caused by reasons beyond our control.
Andrews Jewellers cannot be held liable for any third party or liability issues that may arise.
We’re quite sure that you’ll love your purchase but if you do change your mind you have up to 7 working days to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. You must ship the item(s) back to us and it must arrive within 7 days of you receiving the product.
If you wish to return any items, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can issue you with a returns code and our returns address. In your email please make sure you include all the following information:
1 Your order number
2 Your full name
3 Item number or name
4 Reason for return
If you have placed an order for a piece of jewellery to be made for you, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
We recommend all returns be sent using an insured recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges when sending the item back to us.
Andrews Jewellers does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the process.
Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Andrews Jewellers.
Refunds will only be made to the card or bank account details used to purchase the goods with.
Andrews Jewellers does not accept liability for the length of time that the banks take to process refunds.
We check everything before we ship it so please notify us immediately on receipt of your order if your item has been damaged in transit
We cannot accept returns on earrings or any jewellery worn as a piercing through the skin for hygienic reasons.
